Dyeing

Parts can be dyed black or in select custom colors for improved aesthetics, UV stability, and surface durability. Dyeing penetrates the surface without altering part dimensions.

Vapor Smoothing

Chemical vapor smoothing exposes MJF parts to a controlled solvent vapor that melts the outermost layer of nylon, sealing surface porosity and producing a semi-gloss, injection-molded-like finish without altering critical dimensions.

  • Sealed, watertight surfaces: ideal for fluid-handling and enclosures that need to block moisture ingress.
  • Smoother cosmetic finish: reduces layer-line visibility for consumer-facing and display parts.
  • Easier to clean: non-porous surface resists staining and is suitable for repeated handling.

Bag & Tag

Each part is individually labeled with its name, version, and key specifications before being sealed in a protective bag. Ideal for multi-part assemblies, revision tracking, and organized delivery. Labels can include barcodes or QR codes on request.
