Media Tumbling
Parts are placed in a vibrating tumbler with ceramic media and processed for several hours. This polishes the outer surface, reducing roughness and producing a smooth, satin-like finish. Ideal for parts where surface feel and reduced friction matter.
Dyeing
The fastest and most cost-effective way to add color to SLS parts. An acid dye is applied in a heated water bath, penetrating approximately 0.5 mm into the surface. Available in black and select custom colors including red, blue, green, and yellow. Does not affect part dimensions or tolerances.
Bag & Tag
Each part is individually labeled with its name, version, and key specifications before being sealed in a protective bag. Ideal for multi-part assemblies, revision tracking, and organized delivery. Labels can include barcodes or QR codes on request.
