We use a standard mutual non-disclosure agreement that protects both parties. It covers the exchange of confidential technical information including CAD files, drawings, specifications, and project details. If your company has its own NDA template, we're happy to review and sign that instead.
Most NDAs are reviewed, signed, and returned within 1 business day. If you submit your request during business hours (Pacific time), we often process it the same day. Complex or heavily modified agreements may take slightly longer if legal review is needed.
