Creative Projects, Without Compromise

Traditional fabrication methods put limits on creative work. Complex geometries get simplified to fit what molds and manual processes can handle. One-off pieces become prohibitively expensive, and custom projects sit in queue for weeks at local shops. The gap between what you can design and what you can actually produce holds back the work.

Simple Machining closes that gap. Upload your 3D model and get an instant quote for parts printed in fine-detail resins, durable nylons, or flexible materials. We produce complex geometries, intricate textures, and organic forms that traditional methods struggle with, and deliver as fast as one business day. No minimum orders, no setup fees. Just the parts you need to bring your creative vision to life.

Art & Design FAQ

With SLA resin printing, we can achieve layer heights as fine as 25 microns and capture details down to 0.2 mm. This is ideal for intricate sculptures, jewelry masters, and highly detailed art pieces. For larger sculptural work where fine surface detail is less critical, SLS and FDM offer cost-effective alternatives.
Yes. Our SLS printers can produce parts up to 300 x 300 x 500 mm in a single build. For larger pieces, we can section your model into segments designed for clean assembly. Contact us to discuss your project dimensions and we'll recommend the best approach.
For gallery and exhibition pieces, we recommend SLA engineering resins for ultra-smooth surfaces, Nylon PA12 for durable sculptural forms, or PLA for vibrant color options. All can be sanded, primed, and painted for a professional finish. See all materials.
We offer dyed black, gray, and white finishes on most materials. For custom colors, parts can be vapor-smoothed, primed, and painted. We also offer bead blasting for a uniform matte texture. Contact us to discuss finishing options for your project.
Absolutely. We work with individual artists, studios, students, and institutions. There are no minimum order quantities and no setup fees. Whether you need a single sculpture or a run of 50 exhibition pieces, we're happy to help. Upload your files for an instant quote or reach out to discuss your project.
