Standard Support Removal
Included on every FDM order. Breakaway supports are removed by hand and the part is inspected before shipping. Witness marks may remain where supports contacted the part. Request orientation review during quoting if cosmetic surfaces matter.
Heat Treatment
Annealing pass for parts that need higher heat-deflection performance or relieved print stresses. Included on qualifying orders. Particularly effective on ABS, ASA, and PLA-CF parts that will see thermal load or sustained mechanical stress.
Advanced Support Removal
Hand-finishing pass beyond standard support removal. Witness marks reduced, support contact areas blended, and tight-feature supports cleaned with detail tools. Available on request for orders where surface finish matters more than turnaround.
