We specialize in precision CNC milling for prototyping and low-volume production, delivering parts with short lead times and clear communication. From large-format components to fine-feature details, we machine parts that meet your needs.
We can mill up to 72” x 48” x 24”. Suitable for parts such as panels, fixtures, and structural prototypes.
We stock over 15 engineering-grade materials including: Aluminum 6061 -T6, Stainless 301, and Delrin 150.
A variety of finishing options are available including powder coating, electroplating, anodizing, and more. All parts are shipped deburred and with edges broken, unless otherwise specified.
Aluminum is a popular lightweight, versatile, and corrosion-resistant option for general applications.
Steel is a high-strength, wear-resistant metal typically used for structural and industrial applications where strength is above all.
Milled plastics offer a lightweight, yet durable solution for applications where every gram matters.
Copper and brass are versatile, corrosion-resistant metals suitable for valves, electrical components, decorative hardware, and other cases where excellent conductivity and machinability are required.
Anodizing is an electrochemical process that strengthens the surface of aluminum parts, improving corrosion resistance, wear durability, and allowing for clean, professional finishes in a variety of colors.
